GETTING STARTED
IT SOUNDS WONDERFUL BUT.......
WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?
1. Enroll in state/district approved licensing class of 64 hours.
Pass the course and final exam.
2. Register and take state license exam.
Maryland - PSI Exam
(Must pass both Law and General portions with 75% Grade)
3. With "pass"results in hand, arrange for personal interview
with branch manager to join an office and apply for real estate
license through that real estate Broker/Company.
4. Enroll in company's in-house sales and marketing Training
program ( Star Builders)
